By creating a developer account, authenticating via Google Sign-In, generating API keys, or consuming endpoints provided by Chama Cine Hub (https://api.chamindu.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
To access the Chama Cine Hub developer portal and scraping endpoints, you must authenticate using a verified Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any activity performed using your API key is your responsibility. Do not share or publish your API keys in public client-side repositories.
Every registered developer is allocated a default starter quota (100 free requests per month). Upgraded tiers and VIP credit plans are available through our portal. You agree to adhere to standard rate limits and refrain from:
Chama Cine Hub provides software developer interfaces and metadata aggregation tools for publicly accessible media web content. Chama Cine Hub does NOT host, upload, store, or stream copyrighted video files on its servers. All media titles, thumbnails, and links indexed by the API belong to their respective copyright holders.
Chama Cine Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding 100% uninterrupted uptime or immediate availability of third-party source websites. In no event shall Chamindu Ransika or Chama Cine Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate developer API keys or accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit abusive query patterns, or compromise the stability of our servers.

Chama Cine Hub complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell, rent, or trade developer account data or Google OAuth user information to third parties, advertising brokers, or external entities.
Our application collects only minimal authentication information (name, verified email address, avatar) and cryptographic security telemetry (IP address and non-reconstructable hardware fingerprint) strictly used to enforce rate limits and safeguard platform security.
